The Hidden Object Everyone Missed

The hospital hallway looked simple at first, but that was exactly why the challenge fooled so many people. So the answer is simple: the pen is on the counter, the flower is in the pot, the egg is hidden in the round door sign, and the apple is the hardest one because it is blended into the scene instead of being shown plainly. The puzzle works because your brain searches for a red apple, but the image hides it by shape first, not color. That is why almost everyone misses it.
